Dormer A002 HSS drill bits feature a titanium nitride (TiN) tipped coating. Designed for professionals, TiN is a hard ceramic coating that provides longer edge retention and reduced friction. This means they last longer and they can be used at higher speeds compared to standard drill bits. 

Please note that TiN coated drills should not be used on aluminium. 

Suitable for drilling: Steel, stainless steel, cast iron, ceramics, plastics, titanium nickel, copper, brass, aluminium & thermoplastics

Please note: Individual drills purchased will be sent without Dormer packaging. Pack quantities of 10 will be sent in branded Dormer boxes. Drill bits below 4mm in size are not etched with the Dormer brand or drill size.
